3. Memberships and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case for technical issues; otherwise plans are non-refundable.
4. Health disclaimer
Content on FitTalk is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
5. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping, attacking, or attempting to access other users' accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
All articles, images, videos, and original programs are the property of FitTalk or our contributors. You may share excerpts with attribution; commercial reuse requires written permission.
7. Affiliate and promotional content
Some links may be affiliate links. We only recommend products we believe in; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
